I eat a small banana every single day.  I need to keep my potassium up due to the medications I take which tend to deplete potassium.  I like bananas I would usually eat one with breakfast every day but would just as soon eat a banana split every day lol.

I love Bananas because they taste good and are filled with nutrients that my body needs.  I love eating Bananas and potato chips together.  Delicious

Bananas have always been my favorite fruit.  By themselves or in cereal.  The occasional grilled pb & banana sandwich.  Banana Cream Pie, Southern Banana Pudding, Banana Bread.   Frozen Banana Chunks Dipped in Chocolate.  Banana Yogurt Parfaits, Banana Splits, Banana Taffy.  Banana Custard Birthday Cake.   Banana Boats in the summer.  One of the bestest fruits ever!!

I love bananas...they're great to have around if you have cramps too.  the potassium in them helps ease the cramps up

I love bananas, but i bake with them as much as I do eat them raw. I make a lovely banana bread, together with avacado which has some super ingredients such as pecans and raisins. The banana and avacado keep the bread moist while the pecans give the bread a good crunch! I recall when I went on vacation to Malaysia that most of my meals were served on banana leaves. Plus there were some lovely crafts which were made out of banana leaves which had been dried.
