Nothing but good old fashioned exercise and limiting portions...

Any of the "weight-loss" programs I have seen, with the exception of Weight Watchers, all seem to be just another way to spend money you don't have on "pre-prepared" meals they will happily sell you for mega dollars.  At least with Weight Watchers you get to "make" your own meals and don't have to purchase their products.

I have lost 40 lbs on Weight Watchers. I need the support and I like the plan.

I have not used any  diet pills also last year I dropped 30 pounds, found out I had a hyper thyroid  and graves desease. so am now on pills trying to get regulated. Hoping the graves clears up on its own. Problem is they over medicated me and I was gaining more weight . What a roller coaster I am own. Now I am on a very low dose and will have to have another blood test in 4 more weeks. Every 6 weeks  I have one. so will see what is happening on this next one.

NONE.

These things are a scam.

Eat less, move more. That simple. There is no "quick fix" for weight loss.

I take natural green tea pills, try and eat healthy, and adhere to a good exercise regimen. I do too much cardio (Leslie Sansone) so I gotta start lifting. I've lost about 36 pounds this year, so you can do this!

I think that the best weight loss product is moderation and exercise. I have always had the best luck with a twelve week program that combines weights and cardiovascular exercise with six well balanced/smaller meals per day. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I would do thirty two minutes of cardiovascular exercise. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays I would start with twelve minutes of cardiovascular activity and then do one hour of weightlifting.  I would eat six meals each comprised of a fist sized portion of protein (chicken, beef, fish) and a fist sized portion of carbohydrates (pasta, rice, potatoes) and as many vegetables as I would like. I would also supplement with protein shakes. On Sundays I would rest: cheat day-no exercise and anything that I wanted to eat.

I tried coffee bean extract this year. They say the caffeine in the extract helps with weight loss, but I lost no weight whatsoever while taking it. A lot of this type of remedy that gets promoted by word of mouth is useless, I find. They seem to never work for me anyways.

None - I am 62 and have lost significant amounts of weight several times over my life - for me personally the most successful way I have lost weight is to eat normal healthy foods and try to exercise some.

The culprit is your diet! My Doctor told me: No sugar, no high fructose corn syrup. Low calories, low salt,
low fat and low carbohydrates are recommended. Portion control and exercise are a must.
