Solfeggio frequencies

Just started listening to Solfeggio freguencies and let me tell you, the audio and different tones it provides are soul and mind healing. I listen to it in my private office at work and then as I go into the office staff area, I feel like vomiting because they are angry trolls with negative energy surrounding them and I can feel their energy. So I just stay in my office where it's all positive and happy! LOL

I've never hear of Solfeggio frequencies, I'll have to run an internet search...  I like to stay away from negativity as much as possible as well

Go onto Youtube.com and listen for yourself or just google it. The human body is made up of energy and we can hear upto a certain range of frequency. Trust me, google it. They explain it much better and your state of mind will be so calming after one hour of audio frequencies. It's quite interesting!

Hey that is really something! I had no idea what to expect when I went on you tube and looked up Solfeggio Frequencies. It's the kind of "sound" they use at a relaxing day spa!  I use the word "sound" deliberately because it's not music is it? Music has timing and rhythm which these frequencies do not. I thought it was a great find! Thank you.
