I enjoyed coloring as a child. I would not mind continuing the activity as an adult...if I have sufficient time to dedicate to it. Personally, it is theraupetic for me.

When we go out to dinner I usually takes the kids menu and color. I think finding more intricate designs would be interesting.

I would definitely enjoy coloring as an adult, but I never really considered adult coloring books.

I have seen then advertised on TV and thought it looked kind of fun.   But they were more than I wanted to spend.  I enjy coloring with the grandkids though in their books, so they ight be a good challenge.

Last night I spent some time with friends and we decided to do some coloring.  There are a lot of adult coloring books available, now.

How does an adult coloring book differ from children's coloring books?

Adult coloring books have patterns with more intricate designs and they are used for stress relief and therapeutic reasons.

Also, you can use colored markers, colored pencils or crayons.

Do you think you would enjoy coloring as an adult?

I actually have been coloring for a couple yrs. now...I would color with my neighbor's daughter and thought Wow this is a good stress reliever and I also have a spirograph...here's to the inner kid in all of us ;)

I've never used one of the adult coloring books as far as physical coloring but I do have an app on my galaxy s5 that is for coloring for adults. I love using it, it calms me and makes time go by more quickly.
