Cancer is no joke and painful.  Your friend needs you to be a friend support. I didn't want to post it because it is sad and scary but September 11 is stand up to cancer day. Sorry for your sadness.

I knew and know a couple people with it and the ones who survived and are still surviving are truly testaments to how a person's spirit can over come something as difficult as cancer.

My Uncle and my Grandfather died of Nasal cancer. My Uncle died 3 years ago. Probably due to the fumes from the factory they work/own.

So very sorry to hear that.  Cancer is a terrible disease.  I am battling cancer and have been for the past year.  I went through surgery, 4 months of chemo, and 34 radiation sessions.  I will pray for your girlfriend and please pray that I get to hear the wonderful words cured!  Please keep us posted on her condition.

I am very sorry to hear about your girlfriend's cancer diagnosis.  I will keep her in my prayers.  My mother was diagnosed with uterine cancer nine years ago and thankfully she is still with us today.  It can be a long and difficult road and I wish you all the best.

I hope your girlfriend's cancer was caught early.  Yes, I've known several people who have coped with this horrendous condition.  Presently, one of my daughters has a boyfriend diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer almost a year ago.  I pray that someday in the near future, science will develop screenings, vaccines and medicines that can turn almost any cancer around without horrible side effects for the patient.
