Do you see it in your account balance at the top of the screen? Did you finish the sign up process? If you still did not receive your $5 sign up bonus then I would put in a ticket to FC. They are usually pretty good with helping us out quickly. Good luck!

     It seems like I had to complete an offer to finish the sign-up process and get the $5.   I see you have been a FC member for a little over a month,  so it would not have expired yet.   I would put in a support ticket.
