September 7, is Salami Day

Hope you've got big plans for a evening out on the town or relaxing meal at home eat salami. This day is shared with our Labor Day but what can you do... and I hope you are having a gr8 three day holiday.   Do you like salami? Ever homemade it? You like it spicy or mild or salty? Do you eat alone or as a topper on something? I like salami it is a delicious sausage to me.  Happy Salami Day!

My favorite salami is Genoa.  I love Pepperoni, but it doesn't love me back much anymore, LOL.

It is not only salami day, but it is Beer Lovers Day (not to be confused with beer day).   I think these holidays are funny, but we do celebrate some just for a fun time.
