My trick is to run cold water over the eggs immediately after I finish boiling them.  That seems to work great, for me.

Have a great day!

Don't  usually have a lemon, but a bottle of  lemon juice.  Wounder if that could work?  Is the taste of the eggs affected?

interesting, I normally put a dash of vinegar in the boiling water. What makes them easy to peel for me, is breaking the shell and membrane after they are done, and putting in cold water, the water seeps between the shell and membrane making them easy to peel

I hard boil my eggs by cooking it in salt water until boil (covered). After it boils, I wait 1 or 2 mins before I shut off the fire. Then I eave the eggs in the hot pot for 15 minutes to slow cook it.

Good method if your not in a rush.. The only problem I have is sometimes peeing off the egg shell could tear the egg whites

These are good tips, but it seems some have more luck with different methods. I have heard that if the eggs are too fresh, they are harder to peel.

Yo, Liquidfire_43, you probably should not be "peeing off the egg shell." That's just nasty.  :-[

I think the quality of the egg matters when it comes to peeling them as well. When I buy the cheap ones I have a harder time. There is more of a film and it causes a lot of tearing of the egg.

I have been craving egg salad and so I am going to try this today.  When I go to the store (hopefully when it stops raining) I am going to buy some lemon.  Have been wanting some for iced tea anyway so I'll let you know how the egg tip works out for me.  Thanks !

I do run my eggs under water when I take them off the stove but I will have to try that lemon trick!

I've never heard of this...

Typically I bring a pot of water (with eggs in the water of course) to a boil, and then remove the eggs from the heat and let them sit in the hot water for 10-15 minutes.
I haven't had much trouble with that technique.
