Lasagna, anyone?

I made lasagna last minute the other day for a friend's birthday. I had no cottage cheese (for the filling) so I substituted Greek yogurt. What???!!! 

All the guys there flipped over it. I wouldn't tell them it had yogurt in it until they tried it first, you know.

The birthday guy texted me later and said, "I'll pay for the ingredients if you make me another one." Ha, ha. 

You never know till you try.

I have never used cottage cheese before; always ricotta but I can see how plain yogurt would work...gotta cut those calories

I've substituted greek yogurt in meals a few times, and sometimes I can taste a difference, but sometimes I can't.

I love lasagna! When we go hiking that is one of our favorite things to eat, the company we buy from has a really good freezed dried lasagna kit.

I use to mske lasagna but not any more. I live in assist living and have it here

I like lasagna but i made it for the first time with eggplant instead of noodles.It was good.
