I never would have thought to use yogurt - wouldn't think the consistency would be right. But then, I wouldn't use cottage cheese either - only Ricotta cheese!  I've never even tasted lasagna made with cottage cheese.

I saw a video on Facebook on making lasagna roll ups.  I may  need to make that.

That sounds like an interesting idea. I have always made Lasagna with cottage cheese just like my mom makes it. I have never thought of substituting cottage cheese with Greek yogurt. May be the next time I make Lasagna, I will try this.

ive never made it with yogurt before but have used both cottage cheese or the normal ricotta cheese.  did it have more of a tangy taste?  will be making some lasagna this Saturday for a early birthday party for my son.

I bet it was good. I remember growing up my mom would use plain yogurt in quite a few dishes.

I like lasagna as well.  Love to buy one at the store better than make my own.

Yes I love lasagna, but ricotta and mozzarella cheese will do it for me.

I make it with Ricotta cheese as the filler instead of cottage cheese.  Although it sounds a little strange I would give you a  I am sure.
