Why can't I cashout with a phone line through cable provider?

I tried to cashout but can't. Keep getting an error message about my phone line not being the right kind. My phone service is through my cable provider. I don't have a cell due to low finances. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have been with Fusion Cash for several years so my memory about being new is not always clear.  I remember that we had to verify our account when we first registered using our phone but I do not remember having to use a phone when cashing out. 

I also am bundled with my cable company. I have a home land line, internet and TV.  I have never had a problem cashing out when I was eligible to do so.

You may need to open a support ticket.

I had the same problem when I first tried to cash out because my phone is through google voice. So then I gave my personal cell number, that didn't work because it was through pre-paid (Metro PCS) so I have Verizon Cable with Phone so I used that to get verified.

I know you have the option to fax your ID (Driver's License) to confirm who you are.

I have no idea what the problem could be.I have my phone service through my cable company and U have never had trouble cashing out.
