Hottest month is here

Well, here we are again. August is the hottest month of the year here in the midwest. it has been really hot since late june so i can imagine how hot august will be.

It's been hot  and humid here in MD also, but I will take that over the awful winters, I just do not like all the snow and cold!

All these months are hot for me either way. Upper 90s to 100 degree weather here

July IMO has been hottest and worst month here in Northeast!You see twinges of fall in August here.A sign that this HOT summer is gone that as i got older really got to dislike!!

Fall cannot come fast enough. So sick of the heat.

August is not my favorite month, not only is it usually very hot but the spiders are everywhere I walk outside and I hate the spider webs.  They seem to get way worse starting in August until there's a freeze.  I have quite a bit of woods but it's no fun walking in it with all of the spider webs.

This summer has been a real scorcher.

It finally felt like summer in Mass. over the last couple of weeks. it's in the mid 80s now and going to get real humid again.
I don't mind the heat but the humidity really bothers me.
But after the winter we had I will take the heat and humidity any day!

You know, I used to think August was the hottest month of the year, but I read something that, at least where I am, the peak is usually July 15th, at which point it slowly gets cooler after that....

I find August depressing. Not because it's so hot but because I grew up having to go back to school in that month after having a long break from school, and I found that a hassle. I don't think I can obliterate those memories because I had to put up with that situation for more than 15 years.

August is another hot month but a birthday month for a few people I know so that makes it a bit better. I look forward to Fall for sure.

I found out that more babies are born in August than in any other month.
