I crave carbohydrates

I usually want crunchy.  Gotta have popcorn and I keep a sack of pretzels in the house.

I was not aware there was even a funk food day.
so besides chocolate I sometimes crave crackers and other carbs like pretzels.whole wheat ritz are a go to snack but my all time favorite snack cracker are cheese its. I love the white cheddar flavor as well as the origal flavor!

Chips and dip. My biggest downfall . I just have to have my chips. I think I am doing good to have them in a taco salad. BMaston12

I wish I had know that today is "National Junk Food Day" as I would have definitely participated because junk food is one of my favorite foods.

Everyday is junk food day.I like cookies ,candy,chips , cupcakes so sweet is my favorite.When people say its not good for you i'll say my grandmother lived to 92 and ate sweets all the time so there.

I didn't hear about this day, but it sounds good to me.   I like all kinds of junk.  Chocolate, popcorn, any thing that is no good. LOL
