Access to guns is a real problem now days.  I definitely think it should be more difficult to get them.

I agree with the first part but not the second.... If guns were MORE accessible to law abiding citizens (esp. Marines that are trained to use weapons in the defense of not only their own lives but also all other US citizens) we'd have less of this crap happening, and when it does occur, the murderer would find himself on the other side of a gun in short order perhaps saving lives in the process. The problem is that we have too many gun control laws on the books that the criminals are not following (imagine that). We create gun-free zones that just telegraph to the criminals the locations where the people are virtually helpless, sitting ducks.

Gun bans have reduced crime abroad so it may work here over time. Too many terrorists with guns out there. Just a few days ago a man shot up a movie theater an "anti-feminist" older white male who said African Americans are evil. It's one thing to be a bigot it is another to terrorize based on these beliefs. Not only that but I can't help but think of how many of my people have been killed this year alone and no weapon has been recovered or even spotted by witnesses. I think a lot less of this would be happening if gun laws were tighter. It would seem less plausible for any random person who "fits a description" to be gunned down wrongfully and then  covered up with well I thought I saw a gun. I want to clarify here. People no matter their race who actually have a gun and aim it at police are idiots with a suicide wish. I'm not talking about them though.
