What kind of neighborhood do you live in?

I live way out in the country. Neighbors are pretty far apart and we don't all know each other but are familiar with each other. I was a "city girl" all my life until I moved here 7 years ago, and its been quite a change! What's your neighborhood like?

We live in a rural area

I just moved into my first ever apartment and I think it is pretty cool i like being so close to town i was used to driving 20 minutes to get to the closet business.

Live in a CRAPPY neighborhood where the houses are all right on top of each other and very little yard to speak of.  On a nice Sunday I can watch drug sales take place just down the street.  I park on the street (when someone else isn't already parked there) and cars go by at all hours of the day with the bass vibrations turned up to eleven.  Our bedroom is in the front of the house about 10 or 12 feet away from the street itself.  We also live about a block away from the hospital and our street is a short two block one way street that connects two of the main routes in town.  That results in a lot of traffic and a primary route the ambulances take to get to the ER. Kids from all surrounding streets have their school bus stop right in front of my house and have vandalized both my house and car at times. 

We have a perfect spot picked out just 10 or 15 minutes away in a much more rural area to buy about a half acre of land when the money rolls in and we have a few house plans already picked out for when we are able to sell this place and build our dream home.  Hopefully I will make a few thousand dollars on Fusion Cash to help speed that along!       (C'mon referrals!  I need your help here!!) 

In fact, my wife and I drive by the proposed neighborhood often and dream about what it will be like to eventually live there, while we hope and pray that not all of the lots are snatched up before we get our chance to buy one!

I live in the outskirts of a large city.  Each house has at least 1 acre so we know each other, but not really.  We have wild turkeys and deer in our yards.  Very peaceful and quiet, I love it here.

I live in the suburbs of a city of 500,000. It is a good neighborhood.

The neighbors are great and it is on the quiet side and close to town.
Fits me perfectly I have been here for 23 plus years!

A bedroom community in the burbs...but it does seem like there are a lot of insomniacs in the area essentially designated as a sleeper.

I live in the country and I am also 1/4 mile off the 1 1/2 mile road that goes by my house.  I am a mile from a 4 lane divided highway but it's not highly traveled.

I live in the country on 40 acres and don't really know my neighbors.  I like that it's peaceful and in the woods with a variety of wild animals.
