timed out tasks

they have a dozen tasks for a penny and when you get all the way finished, and not before they dont give you the penny cause you timed out on them of course. and with the 12 tasks for a penny you really do work at moving searches up to the first search and you see your work done and you dont get the penny. is that because its almost the end of the month?
