Can you reset the videos they all say age restrictions

once upon a time. I clicked for a video to run and forgot to click on what year I was born so now they think I was born in 2015. that is really stupid to even think that but then to set all videos on age restriction is even more stupid. can you account for fast clickers. who work endless hours here to earn nothing and not get credited for half the full surveys they do. can you clear those age restriction buttons and let people start over to remember to enter a year they were born. please. and it would be nice to get paid for the 2 surveys I did not get paid for 5 days ago.

Quick fix on the videos, clean your browser (delete the cookies).  A while back there was a glitch in those videos and I would watch one or 2 and get the restricted message (and they were videos I have watched no problem many times before so I knew that wasn't the problem) I had to clear cookie a couple of times in one session!

Try this!! I took this advice and it did work. I was not able to watch the L'Oreal videos at all and now I can.
As a safeguard I am trying to make an effort to clear my cache before watching the videos. Thanks for the great tip!!

Unfortunately, deleting cookies failed to "reset" the restricted videos on my end. :-(

   Deleting browser history or clearing cookies, usually works for me.  I do this at least once daily any way.   It is sort of a pain because you have to re-login; but things do seem to run smoother.   Try changing browsers too!  Good Luck!

I clear the cookies all the time, but I still can't watch 90% of the videos.....

I think that sometimes the videos are silly anyway...I have had them restrict me one day and then not the next so it seems like the videos are just random.

I am using chrome, I was restricted everyday, I finally deleted cookies every day to get the age restriction to stop.

I generally use Chrome also.  Sometimes clearing cookies, etc. seems to help and others it doesn't.  I think that possibly if you complete certain videos, etc. on other sites, it still sometimes records the completion and you are now ineligible to earn the incentive on another site.  I am not sure this could have something to do with it, but I think it may!

dont think you can reset vids as it would be on their end.
