My dog does the same thing!  I think it is the heat!

It makes it worse for sure!

I have bathed my dog with special shampoos but she is still itchy. I am worried about it turning into hot spots. Does anyone use a product that iss easy to apply (no bath needed) to relieve itching in their dog? Would love some recommendations.

Not fleas. She gets meds for that and the vet ruled it out. I think it is a mix of things like dry skin and shedding and horrid heat, and probably some skin allergies.

maybe  a flea  bath is in order

For the long term there is pet health insurance out there too.You can customize what kind of plan you might need. With or without wellness.Deductables etc.

I use Pets best without the wellness and have a deductable for each occurrence.I pay about $35 a month.Again see what might fit your budget.I want it for the accident or real serious illness.
