Restricted by Age/Gender Videos

I am perplexed (and highly annoyed) by the growing amount of videos that state "This content is restricted by age/gender." This has never happened to me in the past, and I am sure that the rest of you can relate to it. I wonder if there is some way to permanently remove these videos so that they do not re-populate in the future. :-(

Everytime I try to X them out they just seem to return, or just more like them. I havent really looked to see what is in the blocked section. But I know my page is also filled with them.
