do you have a set time

I usually go to bed around 11p. but sometimes I fall asleep watching tv for a few minutes then get up to get ready for bed around 10:30p, can't go back to sleep until 12a or 1a.

I get in bed around 11 usually don't fall asleep until after 1:30. Baby gets up around 3-4 I get her back to sleep and usually fall right to sleep. My fiancé wakes up around 6 for work. I usually hear his alarm and wake up for a few minutes. My baby girl and I get up around 8-9 for the day. I usually also take a nap with her, which I've stopped a few times hoping it would help me fall asleep better at night, it didn't work so we take a 1.5-3 hour nap every afternoon

I don`t set up time. I go to sleep when I get sleepy. It does not matter what time I go to sleep at time. I woke up in the morning at the time at 6:30.

me too I am retired now so I go to bed when I get tired  only early if I have Doc app the next day
