Favorite snacks

I love grapes , red grapes, and cheese.

At night we eat a handful of nuts, a date or a fig and 4 or 5 dove promises.  Its like a little snack plate we eat while watching tv lol.  Very tasty.

it would have to be Icecream .. i love the stuff.

I like home made....i.e. just tossed together...trail mix.

Some raisins, pecans or almonds, and M&Ms tossed together makes a nice snack.

Green olives, vegetable chips (my new favorite) greek yogurt, wasabi peas and tamarind fruit (I bought a bad batch of tamarind fruit recently, which I am sad about, cause I didn't think it was possible.)

Almonds are my newest favorite snack. Emerald has them in 100 calorie packs which are convenient. I feel like it is a semi- healthy snack.

I like fruit for snacks but I can't live without chips or candy.

Greek yogurt with raspberries and honey. The combination of fiber, healthy fats, and protein are sure to get you over any 3 pm slump. Plus, the vitamin C in raspberries increases your body's fat-burning ability.

Of course I like all the chips and doritos, etc., but since I'm eating healthier I like straight peanut butter. Maybe with an apple or I might have to try it with celery.I also like almonds. Don't get me wrong I haven't given up chips altogether, I just ut back on eating them.
