I'm learning how to shop for a home.  I'm not enthused about relocating but it's fascinating, to me, to see what's out there.

That's the main site I've been looking at. I like the site because you can scroll around on the map and see what's available in different areas. Also, they make it easy to request more information.

Seattle is getting pricy too its almost worth it to just pack up and move . the average house price is over 250000 and that is out side the city,
