Why was my referral bonus denied?

I have two referrals, one apparently never even confirmed their email address, but one did and the $1 bonus shows up.  That person didn't go on to use the site though, so I never got the $2 or $5 bonuses from them. 

But when I cashed out, it says the $1 referral bonus was denied.  Why is that?  Either they confirmed the email or they didn't, right?  Or are there other stipulations?

ETA:  I'm pretty hesitant to refer anyone else if it's not going to credit, and makes me wonder if the person who referred me ever got credit...

I've got 3 referrals and haven't had any problems getting the credit, but based on what you're saying I would assume that they may have been skeptical and signed up with false information. When people provide information that isn't correct or something of that nature, then those accounts will be closed and not considered to be real accounts. Not saying you did this, but that's why in the terms they don't recommend using certain sites to get referrals and sign ups because some of the places will try to make fake accounts with false information which will get the account closed and all credits reversed. It also keeps people from going to different computers, signing up with fake information and confirming random emails just to get easy credits. I'm not sure exactly what happened here, but it sounds like your referral did something on their end that violated the terms and caused your payment to be denied. I hope this wasn't confusing and I wish you the best of luck in the future :) and don't give up because you can get your credit from referrals (as long as they follow the rules lol).

Oh I see.  I had my referral link posted online, so anything is possible I guess.  If that was the case and someone set up an account with false info (and not an issue with FusionCash), I guess I'll just keep sharing about it because I can't control what people do on their end.
