Do you drink enough water a day?

I don't really keep track,but I try to drink about 4 glasses a day. It's the cure for what ails you,they say!

I try my best but I know I don't drink enough.   I have recently started drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning then wait 15 minutes before ingesting anything else.   Summertime is  easier for me to drink water but I know I should be drinking more than I do.

I average about 6 glasses of water a day. Being a diabetic 6 is about the most I can do. the cooler the day the less I trend to drink on those days I am closer to a quart of water. I tend to drink the majotity of the water in the early part of the day. I tend to sleep better at night when I do that

Well, I usually have a small cup with breakfast and one or two small cups with lunch, and then soda for dinner. So I doubt I'm getting the recommend daily intake. But some is better than none!

Yes, that is all I drink on most days. And I also drink smoothies too; if I am not drinking water

I like to think I do.  I don't keep a close eye on how much water I drink but it is between a gallon and a half and two gallons.  What is just as important as how much water you drink, or maybe even more important, is the quality of water you are drinking.

well no i don't, i drink to much coffee and tea .Somedays i'll drick a couple glasses but there has been some talk abiout we don't need to drink 6-8 glasses a day.I have go to the bathroom enough already need to go now but will drink water after.

Maybe some days I manage to, but mostly I do not drink enough water. I also drink diet soda which is not good for me. I have a hard time drinking water, not sure why...

I drink quite a bit of water, but not what was advertised as 8 glasses. The problem is I have a weaker bladder and I have enough problems with the amount of liquid I drink in a day, which derail me to the restroom a lot.

What is considered enough ? I do drink water but maybe not enough lol

No I don't but I need to start doing it consistently because I have heart issues and swelling going on and I'm sure drinking more water would help well the brochure the heart dr gave me said to drink 8 glasses a day.  Its hard for me because I don't feel like I get that thirsty.
