Going to bed late in the evening?

I go to bed late on the weekends around 11:30pm or so. During the week, I am at least in the bed at 9:00pm or so, but
not sleep yet.

I generally get to bed at about eleven or midnight and wake up between four or five in the morning.  On Fridays and Saturdays I allow myself the luxury of sleeping six to seven hours because I only have a two hour job commitment for one income source and I only need to work twenty four to twenty six hours on the weekend.  Weekdays are crazier usually work at my day time job from six in the morning until four or five in the afternoon and then do contract work until bed time.  It has been a little crazier over the last month because my daughter is graduating and we have been doing home improvements in preparation: new carpeting, granite counter tops, light fixtures, painting and landscaping (over ten tons of new stone)!

it depends if I am tired or not but Sunday and Tuesdays I am in  bed by 10;00 615 am comes early lol

Me and my husband go to bed during weekdays early because we need to wake up 5am for work.

usually im in bed by 10pm but, do to not sleeping im up late til 12 or 1am sometimes it can be latter than that if i have to get up out of bed for awhile.

it varies due to chronic pain problems... sometimes I'm exhausted/fatigued and go to sleep very early (even if there was time for a nap earlier in the day).  Other times, pain makes it impossible to sleep, so I could be up most of the night.

I've been going to bed some time around 11-11:30 PM. I'm starting to get up a little later than I like to so I'll have to tweak my sleep habits.

I'll start winding down around 11:30 and will heading to bed an hour after. Falling asleep isn't a problem since I'm out within 5 minutes once my head hits the pillow.

Okay, I"m a night owl.  I have been since high school.  I'm usually up 'til 2 - 3 am and get up abut 10 or 11 am.  One of the perks of self employment.  I'm an artist and I'm more creative after 10 pm.

Bedtime varies. I'm not working right now so it doesn't really matter.

I usually get in bed, do a crossword puzzle and then listen to an audio book to fall asleep. Exciting, huh?

I work nights so I usually go to bed around 3-4 am if I am on the 2nd shift;  around 9-10 am if on the 3rd shift!  When I am off it just depends on how tired I am.  Since my husband is retired; he sleeps around my schedule.

I try to get go to bed around 10:30p but some nights i dont get sleepy until like 12a or 1a. Lately I been getting about 6 hours sleep.
