I had swordfish years ago but I don't remember anything about it except I must have liked it or I would have remembered not liking it.

I had blackened swordfish in a restaurant once.  It was delicious.

No, I have not tried swordfish before. I'm not really sure I ever will since I didn't care too much for the taste of shark.

this is the first time i've heard of this! LOL. I wanna try eating shark meat tho.. but at the same time i don't want to.. xD
Actually Swordfish and Mako Shark are so similar that Mako has been passed off as swordfish a good bit because it is cheaper.  We ate swordfish a good bit over the years growing up.  But now we eat salmon when it comes to actually fish more healthy benefits and less containments (the big fish tend to collect up ocean containments).  I have always preferred shellfish over fish,  probably because we ate so much fish growing up!

I enjoy Swordfish it is very good.  I also really enjoy Mahi Mahi.  I like a lot of fish, had not thought about it much before.  I think you and your husband will enjoy it.

I've heard it's very healthy (and pricy) and it's lean! I'd like to try it some day...
