Do you believe in ghosts or spirits? Encounters?

I think some spirits linger around when they die tragically, but most go home to God.

Why would they linger on?  Why would "some" linger on but others "go home to God"?  And you only go home to God if you are saved.   I use to have a neighbor that said that about "some" souls that linger on but could not tell me WHY he thought that.  Other than the fact that he was trying to scare me because he said the elderly man who lived in the house before me died there.  lol at him though because it didn't work.    So I am just curious as to why or how you think some people linger on after they die.  And what difference would it make if they die a tragic death???

I base my opinion on a personal experience, which I don't want to get into. All souls go to God to be judged.

I believe in ghosts or spirits because one day, early in the morning I saw a ghost or a spirit standing in my bedroom. It was a ghost of a female. I was very scared when I saw her because it was the very first time in my life that I encountered such being. God is the Holy Ghost.

Yup!...Even though I've never personally seen a ghost (experience paranormal activity) several family members have.

I believe in the "paranormal," but that encompasses a lot of stuff. I think that what I really believe is in energy. I don't know whether it is my energy manifesting paranormal experiences or perhaps lefotver energy from others. However, I do know that I am almost always pretty rational.
However, I have had some weird experiences. Once I was sleeping and I woke up and I noticed that my feet were cold. So I looked down towards my feet to make sure that I covered them completely. Well, the blanket was being lifted up about 2 feet. I was scared, but I seriously thought I was just dreaming so I dismissed it. The next day, I was in bed again and I felt tugging on my blanket. I ignored it because I thought it was just my blanket slipping. The next thing I know, the blanket flies off the bed and lands about 5 feet away. Pretty creepy stuff.

So tell me who went home to God if they havent been resurrected yet?

Thaey do a really good job of making us scared! Especially when they just have things/people popping out at unexpected thimes!!

I believe there are "spirits" because I have experienced a loved ones' passing and then "stopping by" to visit.  I could literally smell the scent of their cologne!!!
