I guess anything is possible, but I think you would need to work really, really hard to do so and hope that you meet the demographics for a lot of the surveys.

Personally, I think it would be next to impossible without taking several years to build. I use FC to fund my other internet businesses where I can make $300/month. Think out side the box. 

FusionCash is my "fun money"....takes just a little time to earn it and it is free.
I choose to spend my time working my eBay business where I am earning over $1,000 each month and getting better all the time.  May profit was $1400!

Well It did take a while for me to get credit the first time after I signed up and printed..but I thought it was just due to the fact that credits were backed up ..I do hope for your sake though that it was just a glitch on their part, otherwise I would let Fusion Cash know.  Sometimes it takes me a few days to get credit for things because the credits got stuck.

It was interesting to read this thread.  I believe it's definitely possible to make $300 here in any given month, but it would be like a full time job.  The opportunity is here!  Oldbuddy proved that it has happened to him, but you would have to put in a lot of work.  Referrals would be the key, and many people are great at getting referrals.  Getting them is easier than keeping them.  You would have to teach them the ropes.  I can't imagine any online money seeker leaving this site once they got acquainted with the opportunity available!

It depends on your input and if you have a lot of time to be doing this. A smarter way would definitely be getting referrals who help you to earn faster.
