I hardly doubt you get many users who are actually legally changing their name which is the reason that they are changing it on FusionCash.
Of course they do. Folks get married (and divorced) all the time.  Plus, some get a legal name change on its own.  Another reason that changes are allowed is in case of typos, or in case of signing up with a nickname like 'Bob' but changing to 'Robert' to match bank account data.  All name changes on FC must fit into one of those categories.

As for the TOS - I agree with you in the sense it is a legal document - had it been a pen-and-paper one there would never have been a misclick issue obviously and it was not done in any way to be negative or fraudulent.
We have no way to know your (or anyone's) true intentions.  All we can do is look at the evidence and enforce our Terms accurately.

I just find the fact that you are simply denying me my money over this one simple mistake a bit outrageous. The BBB has been contacted regarding this matter and I surely do hope they have something more to say.
As we mentioned in your support ticket, you're entitled to contact the BBB, but all they do is forward your complaint along to us.  You'll simply get the same answer as before, but slower.

I understand you have your rules in place to protect you but in no way was my mistake harming anyone as I did not sign up with advertisers, had no money made by the time of the name change, and have been open and honest as to the reason and sent in my legitimate documentation to prove my identity to you.
You did not legally change your name.  You entered into a contract with a false name, which makes the contract void.  Nothing you've said contradicts those facts.  The consequences are as outlined in the TOS.

At this point, I don't believe this thread has anywhere constructive to go, so I'm going to lock it.
