Selfies

I personally don't like selfies. I am not a big fan of selfies. I don't see myself taking pictures of myself and put it on the internet. I am very conservative.

I'd rather take pictures of what's in front of me, rather than pictures of myself.
The world is much more interesting to look at than I am.

Sometimes I do - especially if I am trying to get an opinion on an outfit - it is a good way to show what I look like in something before I buy something.

Yes I like taking selfies when I am in the mood, but I don't take them all the time though. If I want to update my picture I will take some selfies also.

It seems like today with the cellphones that take pictures/videos people tend to take "selfies."  Do you take pictures of yourself ("selfie?")

Yes I take selfies but most of the pictures I do take are with my children. Before I had kids though I hardly ever took pictures of myself.

I'm amazed at all of the innovations made... for selfies! First you had phones that had a self-facing camera so that you could look at your phone's screen while taking a selfie. Then there was the selfie stick which allowed the person to hold the camera further away in order to capture more of the person's body / environment in the selfie. And now there is the Selfie Arm; it's like the selfie stick but has a sculpted human arm at the other end so that it looks less like a selfie and more like you are holding the hand of the photographer (see here).
