I don't any more I am 48 going on 49 and the hightest shoe size I wear now is 2 1/2.

 After watching so many famous people mishaps while walking, I wear flats all the time and carefully watch where I am going and the condition of the floor. Is it safe or not?

I shoot for comfort and I don't care whether or not, anyone is impressed.  One of the beautiful things about being older than 50 is the fact that I'm at peace with you I am, regardless of how I'm dressed.

Well I will answer this for my girlfriend. She wears heels still when she goes out. I guess it's something she will never stop doing.

I only wear flats, they are much more comfortable.

It is flats for me. I can barely walk as it is.

I am down to wearing flats period.  No heels.  I would love to wear heels even lower ones would be nice because I think they are feminine and sexy and I loved wearing heels when I was younger but now my mobility and health issues preclude me being able to wear anything but flats.  Oh well I do the best I can with ballet type slippers and other pretty flat shoes.

I haven't worn heels in quite a few years now and I have a wedding to attend the end of May so I may have to get some decent flats as I don't think my gym shoes will do.

I haven't worn high heels in years.  I like something with just a little heel - for me that is more comfortable than real flats.  I wish young women would think about how their feet are being ruined by the outrageous shoes now.  But I know they won't.  I didn't when I was younger.

I haven't worn heels in years.  Yes, they look very pretty but they're agony on your feet, back, and entire body.  Unless it's absolutely necessary, I never wear them.  I'll try to find a nice pair of flats and leave the killer heels to the kids, LOL.

I love wearing heels, I feel that I look better in heels and it also makes me a little taller, I love heels but they do not love me

Age has nothing to do with it.  I have foot problems and am hard to fit so I've gone for comfort more than glamour for years now.  However if I had an art reception or a premier for a film I worked on, where I wanted a more artsy look I'd want to do heels, even though I'd pay for it the next day.
