Do You Trust TV Media At All?

I have an ever-growing distrust and I believe it is warranted in that they are sensationalist to a tee, as well as misinform or misrepresent facts and truth a lot if you do further research online.  CNN uses the breaking news banner for just about any story that isn't breaking news, and they cut debate focusing on conflict of either side's extreme rather than getting the true facts out there or good substance.  There have been studies that FOX viewers are less informed after watching than those who watch no news.  And MSNBC I'm sure has suspect content, but it is so boring and dull in its Democrat talking points that I can't sit through it. 
     One of the most egregious things I've seen from mainstream media was their establishment coverage of the George Bush failure of a presidency and the Iraq war.  They never even bothered to spend a segment explaining to Americans that Saddam Hussein though a bad person, had NOTHING to do with 9/11 nor did his country shelter ANY WMD's.  Saudis and Afghan militants were responsible and the media helped dupe Americans by omission of this into a war we shouldn't have entered....  The TV media fails us in my opinion so I just wanted to ask if you trust any TV news/find it trustworthy?  I sure as hell don't and I can see them "establishment" even trying to filter the internet as it is a free marketplace of ideas right now.  Ex. Net neutrality.  Just watch out, they are trying to control us even when we don't want to believe it IMO!!

I know what you mean, with so many hidden agendas to tell truth from fiction is becoming hard. Some people are saying the sandy hook shooting was faked. It looks like media is stuck in a pothole.

I don't trust ANY media any more.  Most times each station puts their own spin on things and 99% of the time if there is a way to make it into something racial then they do so.  For example a black man breaks into a white man's home and is shot in the process.  The media puts in bold print WHITE MAN SHOOTS BLACK MAN and people are already up in arms before they hear the rest of the story.  There have been several stories like that recently but when you read the whole story or hear the whole story the title was misleading and the shooting was justified.

To me I never 100% trust the media. I think the media receives money from the sponsor and will say whatever the sponsor wish you to say.

I don't trust the mainstream media at all.  I used to like CNN but decided they are just too far left to suit me.  I like to watch Fox News and Fox Business News but I take everybody's reports with a grain of salt.

For the most part I will watch fox. Most of the news media are so biased and liberals. They won't report on things unless it is so negative . Or it has to do with the blacks being so mistreated and won't report anything bad that the blacks are doing.  Lets see some positive news for a change.. As to do I believe what I hear, NO.

The media can't really be trusted these days. In fact, it's hard to get a reliable source these days.

Yes I watch news, but I know not all what is reported on the news are accurate. So I don't always believe everything that is on the media especially those gossip shows about other people. I know reporters will do anything to get the story but if they don't then they twist the truth a little bit.

I hate the news media. I really feel that all they do is cause problems and cater to the gullible. It is pretty bad now when they are reporting DUI's on the daily news. Why do people need to know that for. I mean really what is wrong with everybody.
