Whats for Dinner
« on: March 21, 2015, 11:14:58 am »
I thought this might be fun, sometimes I dont know what to cook for dinner/supper, Im sure others feel the same sometimes :) So lets share what we are having for dinner/supper that day, and maybe it will help someone else to decide what to cook LOL

And today Im having smothered sopapillas, I take homemade sopapillas smother with green pork chili, cheese, sour cream, they are soooo good!!! I had them in a restaurant 20 years ago, but they called them stuffed sopapillas

Today I am going to blend kale, spinach cucumber, and banana for dinner. I have been doing this for at least two months.

We are having fried razor clams, since we just got back from a couple of days at Seaside Oregon and dug 4 limits (60 clams) to bring home. That's about 3 pounds of meat after cleaning, that sells in the market for $20 a pound. Obviously we don't buy it.

For tonight I am thinking lasagna with garden salad for dinner and steamed carrots on a side. Then a home made chocolate cake with tea for desert. And after dinner we always watch an interesting movie as a family.

Well, I would love to have dinner with some of you tonight since your food all sounds luscious.  :)

However, I am being taken out to dinner tonight for a belated birthday celebration and I intend to have filet mignon.  That's what's for dinner.

Brocolli, quinoa, breast of chicken with Teriyaki.

Everything so far on this list sounds delicious, especially the Mexican Food - I've been craving Mexican for the past couple days, perhaps tomorrow.  :)

I made Chicken legs and wings with chicken stuffing today, Sunday I am making salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and string beans. Monday I have laundry to do so it is Hot dogs and Mac and cheese, Tuesday it is Sausage links and potato salad, Wednesday is Chicken legs and wings with Au Gratin, Thursday is Ham mashed potatoes and beans, Fish and Wontons with leftover potato salad, and Saturday making stuffed peppers and oven baked potatoes and beans. I hope that helps some of you.
