Well, I am exercising and I have lost some weight, but I have a long way to go.  I tried the Garcinia gambogia and it have not worked for me, but I will try the vinegar.

I have been watching what I eat for the last few months because my blood sugar was getting high, I might have lost a few pounds.

At this point I do not worry about my weight. After I have my baby I do have a workout plan I already set up to reach my goal. I plan to do T25 and some of my own workouts. T25 has helped me loose a lot of weight before my pregnancy and I want to continue with the program.

I need to lose the last of this baby weight. Its hard while nursing. I cant take anything and I'm always hungry. I did T25 for a while but got bored with it. I get bored with workout programs. I just want it to warm up so I can run again.

I too am always trying to lose weight.   I am also trying the Garcinia.  I haven't been on it long enough to really see any difference, but I think it is helping to curb my appetite.  Hope it works!

I'm still trying to lose those last 10 lbs. Hopefully the snow melts fast so I can rollerblade again.

I absolutely hate the word "diet". They never work because your body accommodates for the weight loss by gaining more after the diet. How many people do you know that keep the weight off after some crazy crash diet?

I try to eat sensibly and exercise. I know that not being overweight is the best way to stay healthy and that's my goal. I could lose a few pounds but I'm pretty happy with my weight all in all. I figure the extra weight is just muscle. Right?  :star:

Maybe you should frequent Sonic a little less often, that would help your wallet as well  8)

Well I started my journey about 18 months ago, my doctor prescribe a pill that suppress my appetite for 3 months and it really worked, I lost 20 pounds on those 3 months, but I made an effort to watch what I eat, the quantity as much as the quality, also gave up Sodas and junk food.  I rarely eat outside and if I do I try to go for salads and healthier alternatives.  I exercise in the morning before I get ready for work, try to do some cardio and abs, for 10 to 30 minutes depending on my schedule and I see the difference, I actually had to buy me new clothes because everything was humongous on me.

I have tried to keep it up, need to loose about 15 more pounds, by taking Garnicia and apple cider, drniking lemon and other natural alternatives.  I gain about 7 pounds in the past few months but I gave up the exercise.  Now that the weather is changing I will start walking my neighborhood and try to exercise in the mornings again.

The only supplements I ever use are vitamins and protein just to make up for any deficiencies in my diet. Otherwise I lose weight the old fashioned way of drinking more water, eating better quality food and being more active

i am trying..my dr prescribed metformin to help with weight loss..not a diabetic but supposed to help promote weight loss...not working..nut i haven't exercised in the last 3 months..i have been sick since dec with the a cold, strep, flu, earache, cold, stomach virus,cold..today is the best i have felt since dec..weight hasnt went down even though i have been sick..but since i am starting to feel better, hopefully i can get back to my exercise routine..i drink water all the time..we dont eat out...and we rarely keep sweets in the house, except for special occasion,no fried foods..only oil in the house is used for my cast iron pans to reseason..everything we eat is cooked on grill or in crock pot..i also am hypothyroid so it make sit slower to do,but i will not give up
