i take it daily and i buy mine at walmart..i use the spring valley brand

I buy my vitamins online from Puritan's Pride. I'm very happy with them.

I take a centrum silver for women 50+ every day without fail and it has vitamin D in it I hope but I need to check otherwise I don't take any individual vitamin's on their own.  Maybe I should?  I'm going to check into it now that you posted about it.

A generic brand is just as good as a named brand...vit D is very important for healthy living I buy in bulk at Costco...Kirkland brand

I get my vitamin D from the sun or from veggies.

Then walmart brand is quite cheap and good quality, once I even bought it from cvs, but they had like 3$ more for same size bottle

I like nature made and buy them at rite aid. I wait for a sale like buy 1 get 1 free . I can almost a years worth or more for 10.00-12.00

I was just told I have a vitamin d deficiency..again. I take multi vitamins and eat foods with high levels of vitamin d but I guess I am just not out in the sun enough.

I've been taking those Alive multivitamins for the past year. I've tried a bunch of different brands and the Alive is my favorite so far. Another multivitamin I like is from Swanson Vitamins and it's their own brand.

i have a Sam's club membership and buy the store brand there. It is gel cap rather than a tablet.
