Here is the diet I am on right now

Sunday what ever I want to eat sometimes ham with potatoes and green beans
Monday I eat chicken wings or chicken breast with mashed potatoes and green beans
Tuesday I eat hot dogs with a vegetable
Thursday I eat chicken wings or chicken breast with mashed potatoes and green beans
Friday I eat fish without breading and a vegetable
Saturday I will eat salisbury steak with potatoes and a vegetable
I don't eat cookies or drink soda or any other snack. I do however eat lactose free ice cream for a desert.

That is awesome way to go and take care of your health. I recently cut fast food and pop completely out of my diet and i feel so much better!

Sounds pretty uncomplicated and is probably producing results.  Good luck to you if weight loss is your goal and being achieved! My wife and I have been more interested in shaping up our bodies and having more energy rather than losing weight. I guess we have more vanity in our goal structure. We have several small meals per day consisting of a fist sized portion of protein, fist sized portion of carbohydrates, fist sized portion of vegetables and try to supplement this with thirty minutes of cardio vascular exercise per day, three days of working out with weights and a Sunday cheat day of no diet thoughts whatsoever.  I think that it is working because my clothes are getting lose in the right places and people have been complimenting us for looking thinner and more vibrant.

So did you publish this as the Three Fisted Diet?

Well-- at least you're cutting out all the sodas and junk food. For most of us that's a very hard thing to do cause it's very addictive.  The only thing with what your eating is to watch your portions. Good luck with your diet. I know with the right mindset and willpower of yours you'll be able to do it.

I have definitely seen worse but I started looking at health completely different after a heart attack two years ago.  I don't mean any offense, but I don't consider that to be a healthy diet.
