Roughly only about 35% of Americans have passports

It has not been in my plans to get one.  I want to travel out of the country, but, lately is scares me.  I have flown only once and it really isn't my cup of tea.  Would prefer it to a cruise, because I can't swim.  That's crazy I can't fly either.  Any ways I have not ever had one.

I've never had a desire to go out of the country so I have had the need for one.  I have thought about getting one just to have it in the event I do decide to.

Nope. The only outside countries I've been to were Mexico and Canada, and those trips were pre-911 so you didn't need a passport then. I may get a passport if I do travel out of the country again; most likely it would be to Canada since our state boarders that country, and I could see a trip taking me across the border.

I had a passport but I let it expire so if I got out of the country I will have to get it renewed.

I have never had a passport but one day I would love to travel to Canada and/or Europe so then I would have to get one.

I don't see any point in having a passport because I probably will never get to leave the country anyway.

I had one when I was a teenager but not since then. I've never had enough money to leave.

I do have my passport both the booklet and the card just incase I need it.

We've had passports before but don't currently have a valid passport.  We haven't been out of the country in a bunch of years.
