Which browser do you use for Web Stories?
« on: February 13, 2015, 07:13:19 am »
I'm at a loss since I've tried IE, FireFox, and Chrome with and without "https," cookies and other data wiped out, history wiped out, etc., etc. yet still get a small black screen and no video.

I've kept trying every day but it isn't working. :(

I use chrome for all of my videos. I could not sleep last night and did my ptc and videos in the middle of the night. I had no problem with videos or getting credited.

I usually use chrome.  I have never had a problem with the 'Web Stories' videos loading or crediting, (even though FC only offers one a day now.)  I have used opera and firefox.  Maybe try downloading 'Opera' browser?

Webstories is one that I have never had trouble with (so far, knock wood),  I use Firefox.  That said I have 3 videos on my page that just bring up a blank screen.  I have tried both Firefox and IE.  I am not going to try Chrome on it as I have decided to keep on browser "clean" and use that one for banking or other secure stuff.

For the most part I use Safari; occasionally I will be on Firefox.  Rarely do I have any problems.  Although today, I was able to complete one hypermx but when I attempted it a second time, I got this message: offer completed but there was a problem delivering it.  That's a fancy way of saying I'm not going to get credit.  I've had that happen a few times and when it does, I simply move on to other offers.  There's almost always something else ready to credit upon completion.

I use FF and get the web stories. I've also had problems with the videos popping up blank. I tried them in IE and they played fine so I looked at the plugins in FF. I tried searching about it and from what I gathered it is a FF plugin but I had never seen it before so I disabled it. Just about everything plays for me now. It's the Toolbar 10.18.0.0 plugin. You can see if that works for you.

Surprisingly, Internet Explorer works well for me on this website. I recently deleted Firefox, however. I used this browser for access to the FusionCash website, and there were some features that were incompatible with it. I have yet to use Google Chrome for this website, however.
