hoping support will answer this question
« on: February 10, 2015, 08:10:51 am »
OK I qualified and did a survey for 10 minutes then I was dropped with the sorry you dont qualify. they survey had allready gathered sensitive data on my health like menopause age and other symptoms and stuff and are you seeing a dr for this and that.

There was no reason for me to be disqualified. It was a totally honest and would have helped the data collection knowing the truth of an older person.

If they for instance, only wanted those on hormones to finish the last 5 questions cause that is how close I was to finish, then they should have told me at the beginning of the survey.

I really thought for some odd reason when fusion gathered more data on a survey last week that the opinions we had would matter.

Also the survey was womans health.

Im a tetired RN who worked in womans health.

Im past being frustrated. It just plain is not fair to gather sensitive data then you got your info for the survey says results but kick me out just so not to pay me.

I would appreciate a support answer to this post.

I had a similar experience yesterday.  I qualified for a survey, got 2/3 through it then, for no perceivable reason, I got the FC sorry you didn't qualify screen.  ???  That's not cool, not cool at all.  They got usable information and I got squat. >:(  I don't qualify that often so when I finally get that far I expect to finish and get paid.

today after collecting your information they say the survey is full and do not even pay you a penny. that happened on 3 FC surveys that you are guaranteed a penny anyway. lately they have been getting out of even giving you a penny, even when you are unfairly knocked out of a survey. I think they could fix this but fixing it would mean paying out.

Heya Charmaine hope this message finds you well.. Today I had another winner.. It was a finance study, and I am a self employed stock trader so I jumped on it. This survey was very involved and required me to review the balance sheets of 2 companies and create scenarios for potential outcomes in quarters to come.. Took about 25 minutes..  Went to submit it?  Sorry you did not qualify!

Wow.. I have a feeling there may be some serious technical issues at Fusion cash because I have been doing surveys for a LONG time and I understand there will always be issues and frustrations and sometimes you just have to shake it off and accept it as par for the course.. but lately? its just been one after the other.. and looking at the forums I see many MANY other people having the same problem. I think for now the best think to do is step back and take a break..  Support doesnt want to hear it and then of course when you talk about it in the forums you get die hard fanatics who jump down your throat and  just make matters worse.. its all not worth the headache..  Lets just hope that eventually support realizes whats happening and Fusion Cash can be restored to its former glory..

Frustrating at best..

Unfortunately, that is just the nature of surveys. It sounds like that one was looking for a very specific type of person, and whatever you answered didn't match the profile.

The surveys are just hosted by FC, they can't help you with being disqualified.

I have given up on surveys on this or any other site.  I am 72 and female.  It seems no survey is interested in the opinions of seniors (who have more experience).  The thing that most annoys me are the ones that get your information at the beginning of the survey (which is supposed to send you one that fits you), lets you get through most of the survey, and then says "We're sorry; you do not qualify for this survey."  I really don't think surveys are the reason for most of these sites anyway.  They want you to buy products so the sponsors will pay them.

I know how frustrating it is, but its just how it is. When this happens to me (and it happens frequently) I am angered, but I move along to the next survey.

I would be very frustrated if I spend a lot of time on a survey
and would not qualify.
I gave up on surveys for that reason, and the  other reason is
I am way over 55. We do not count anymore, but that is OK.
At least, I do not waste my time.

I understand not matching a desired profile but when the survey gets all your info and then kicks you out right at the end that is what is the issue.  At that point it is totally out of FusionCash's control and they are being cheated by the survey company as well as us.  I think it is important to note which survey companies you are successful with and which ones you are just better off with a dq penny from.  I havent had great luck with surveys but every now and then I get one.  They sure do add to your total quickly,  I wish I fell in to a uncommon profile

the surveys I did not qualify let me get into the survey then would say they are full. thats just today. somedays you just plain get timed out when your nearly done. I am thankful though for the surveys I do get to finish.

I too have went through a whole survey and then at the end it said I didn't qualify for the survey.  This makes me mad when I spend my time answering the questions and then not getting credit for it.
