telephone verification error

I am having trouble confirming my account in the telephone verification section. When I click to add phone number it tells me my phone should be ringing, and does not. It counts down to 1 and displays an error message. What can I do to verify my account after the time I put in doing serveys. It also has an alternative option but, is not allowing me access.

When I click to add phone number  it says send call to number and enter the digits provided and then it tells me my phone should be ringing, and does not. It counts down to 1 and displays an error message. What can I do to verify my account after the time I put in doing serveys. It also has an alternative option but, is not allowing me access.
