Breakfast
« on: January 31, 2015, 07:23:49 pm »
Do you eat breakfast or skip it? I rarely skip breakfast in the winter but in the summer I find I have less of an appetite an tend to either skip it or eat late.

Yes! I love breakfast! As soon as I wake up, I can't wait to eat blueberry waffles or homemade oatmeal or scrambled eggs! If I don't eat breakfast or if I wait too long until I eat breakfast, I feel like I'm gonna puke!  :P So, I definitely need breakfast!  ;D

No, I rarely skip breakfast. Ever since I was little, I've always eaten breakfast, so that's what I'm used to. I could go a day without eating it, but I don't think I could skip it everyday.

My whole life growing up I just skipped breakfast but now I eat it in my old age. I find it is a lot easier to stick to a diet if you eat something in the morning to hold you over and it is also good for the digestive system. My husband gets up before I do and prepares a nice hot carafe of fresh coffee for me most mornings, so all I have to do is add cereal and milk and I am ready to go.

It depends on if I have time or not but usually I just grab a cup of coffee.

growing up I hated breakfast I usually had carnation instant breakfast. Now I love it! Most of the time I have oatmeal ,yogurt and fruit. I can't skip breakfast or I get too hungry and get sick  :peace:

When I'm not working on weekends, I will have a late breakfast, but when I go to work, I may take a granola bar or go to a restaurant in the building where I work.

I eat breakfast ever day and it varies, it could be a muffin, or a granola bar, it's just something with a glass of milk...
