If you are like me you start thinking about it early in the day.  Most of my stuff is frozen so I have to plan a bit ahead.  I think to night will be a chicken night.  Maybe marinate the chicken strips (have have alot of these frozen in portions for a meal) then  grill or fry up and add veggies and pasta. Serve with a salad and toasted bread/buns.
