Organic vinegar for weight loss?
« on: January 21, 2015, 03:19:52 am »
Has anyone tried vinegar for weight loss? I was told it could help. I just started it this week. Does anyone know if this really works, or am I drinking this stuff for nothing?  :confused1:

If you think it will work, it probably will.

I used to have the Braggs book for vinegar and they claimed great weight loss from it but I didn't see a difference in that area but I did find a difference in digestion and stomach upset.  My husband also has acid reflux and it helped heal him.  As a side note, ACV is a great shampoo if you don't use many chemicals in your hair!

I have never heard that before. However, I used vinegar to prepare meat and fish. I never thought it could help you to lose weight.

I heard that lemon juice is what helps lose weight, I guess it's about acid.

If you take one cup of milk or almond milk or whatever drink, and one tablespoon of vinegar, it suppose to help you lose weight. It taste sort of like yogurt, but I don't think it works, and I think its to help clean your system. From what my mom's former friend told me, you also suppose to do it morning, eat small meals,  and take at night. I wouldn't recommend it without speaking to a doctor first.

I've heard that it's supposed to help with weight loss. I used to drink it more a few years ago but I don't seem to be able to stomach the stuff anymore. Used to be good for my sinuses but the last time I drank some I got real sick. Now I only use it in my hair as a rinse.

That has been a question for a long time.  I think vinegar is good for you, but I don't know how great it is for weight loss.  Seems that drinking water would do the same thing.
