My one friend swears by Icy Hot cream.

My friend and I both suffer from neuropathy and we've both found Blue Emu to work well.

I often use Arnica, but it doesn't seem to work all that well...

I used efficascent oil or tiger balm its very effective, its a chinese massage oil

My wife has an old family scrub recipe that uses capasain, not sure of spelling. as an ingredient anyways it works really well for pain and mucsle cramp relief
