Winter Weather

Here in the Midwest, it looks like Winter is planning to stick around for a while. It's been a deep freeze here, and there is an ice advisory until tomorrow, oh my, sounds like this is going to be a fun season
How's Winter going in your neck of the woods?

Well, after a couple of days in the deep freeze (for East TN anyway) we're headed back to more seasonable highs in the 30s to 40s and lows in the 20s to 30s.  Clouds are moving in, so we're in for some rain--and relatively warmer temps.  When it clears again it will get colder again.  That's the way it goes this time of year in my little corner of the world.

first we have had the below freezing temps--now we are having rain that is supposed to turn to freezing rain --gosh when is spring?? cant come fast enough

well last week in the northeast we had zero and windchill of - 30 right now it's almost at the freezing mark but suppose to go into the deep freeze again over the next couple of days. Can't wait for Spring!

COLD!!! Actually it was in the 20s today~the last week it was windchill in the -20s!

Here in PA we were in a deep freeze and today we have freezing rain!  Where is spring?

here in sc,we are just getting out of a cold spell.heading into some 40 temps,our warmer weather for now..got rain,so it will be getting cold again soon i am sure..so ready for spring...

In the North East we are experiencing a Wintry mix of rain & sleet which turns into dangerous driving conditions! Hope every one stays safe! To those that live in sunny states where you live! I'm SOOOOOO jealous!!

I hate Winter.  It means being stuck inside for 8 hours and the sun disappears.

I'm in Canada so the deep freeze are almost second nature to us.  Doesn't mean I enjoy it!

I think we are at the beginning of a warming trend. Its -11 this morning but its supposed to reach 10 above, and tomorrow a high of 21.  So we're on our way...

I am out west and have nothing to complain about. I watch the rest of the country and shiver on how cold it is out there.

We had our first snow last week.  A dusting was forecast and we got five inches.  The snowfall was so pretty!

I live in the south where it gets cold and schools shut down if the weather drops below 32 degrees.  We dont have the necessary equipment to remove snow and ice from the roads and some roads are not paved. Its rough enough with the rain and mud, but snow on dirt roads make it virtually impossible for school buses to travel.  I cant wait to go to Florida for Spring Break!!!
