I usually try to stay in bed as long as possible and lately I've doing just that - finding it hard to wake before 8!!!

I love to sleep in on Saturdays and Sundays since I don't have to get up early

I'm a night owl with sleep disorders so I sleep when I can.  If I need to be "normal" I might take an over the counter sleeping pill so I can accommodate someone's schedule; however, I don't like taking medication.

I also find that I get better quality sleep if I'm getting enough minerals in my diet.

So grateful for the freedom to do what I need to, for my own health, and well being.
Have a great day!

Yes, I love sleeping in on weekends. I usually get up around 11am, make myself a cup of tea and climb right back in bed, lol...I do all my errands in the afternoon on saturdays. On sundays I wake up a bit earlier, around 9:30.

Try to take a nap during daytime. It is the key to better night sleep.

I sleep in whenever i can.  I am such a night owl by nature. It is so hard for me to get to sleep before 1 or 2 am, so it makes it hard to be an early  riser for work.

If I can sleep in a couple extra hours, then I cant sleep that night. But, I sure feel good all day.

Whenever I can find the time to sleep in I use it as an opportunity to do so.  The body can always use some well deserved rest.  :)

I've been sleeping later than usual, but today I got up around 8 a.m. like normal.

For decades I have been going to bed at 10pm and then waking up promptly at 7am. I have done this for so long I barely even need an alarm clock anymore. Sometimes I wake up and feel like my alarm will probably be going off soon and then when I look at it, I discover it will be going off in 7 minutes! It takes me only a few minutes to drop off to sleep (unless I have something on my mind, and then it can take a bit longer), and then I'm able to spring out of bed in the morning.

I think that sleeping in, or sleeping longer sometimes makes us feel more tired and less rested. But yes, I do sleep in a lot.
