This is an absolutely terrific idea!  I love the prize for loyalty idea and it would create a little extra incentive to make sure I do my dailies on fc.  I think if you do x number of surveys - say 10 or so- you would get a small cash prize.

This is a good idea.  I have seen it at inbox dollars.  That said, I never win more than a penny or two.
