Paying bills

Usually I have to physically go pay them.

I usually do it one day a week.  Waiting for a month - I may not have enough funds available!

I would be my preference to pay bills on a secure website to cut down on postage, fuel, time etc however when I tried to set this up a couple of years ago, I was amazed to see how many companies employer a contractor to collect the money and who has to pay? The customer! The result is that I only pay on-line if it is free, my second option is good old fashioned check in the mail, otherwise known as snail mail!

My husband pays all the bill, he sometimes pays them on line but mostly in person if he can.  He is old fashion like that, but he is getting there.

funny you should say that cause today is my day as well and mostly I pay online but there are some that I  have to "snail mail" - sadly!!

Today is my day for paying bills this month,  so I am going to pay some bills  online, over the phone and by mail. How do you like to pay your bills?

I usually pay over the phone. I like dealing with a person, rather than a website.
