Has Aspertane that is a sub for sugar every bother you?

I will not drink or eat anything with artificial sweeteners. If it's not natural, I don't want it.

Stevia is a recommended, good replacement; either that or no sugar at all.

I try to stay away from artificial sweeteners but it is not always possible.  However, I do use Truvia sometimes.  I have noticed that when I eat many foods containing Aspertane it gives me intestinal issues.  This symptom told me my body doesn't particularly like it and wants to rid it out of my system.
