But we dont do anything to crazy sometimes i will do two miles but its never more than that.. I am not a runner. I'm a little bit worried about running or walking outside because I hear so many bad stories about people being kidnapped, robbed or worse. So this Christmas I decided to buy myself a treadmill. It's only a cheap, manual version but it enables me to walk or run at my pace whilst in the safety of my own home. I wish I had made this move many months ago.

The older I get the less I run, walking is a lot better on my sore knees

I basically walk. I cannot run like I used to. And besides I do smoke and that is something I am looking to give up.

Unfortunately because of street harassment, I do neither...I wish I owned a treadmill. :(

walk, I actually took a walk today the first time in a long time-it feels good; and hopefully I'll get a good nights sleep.
